The salon and the platform

Services are provided by ValeBarb, Palermo. Contact: valerio955@gmail.com. Telephone: +39 3926352905.TapTurn provides booking software and does not perform the salon’s service.

Booking and confirmation

Select a service, staff member where available and time; check the price, duration and summary before sending. Provide accurate contact details. A booking is recorded when the website displays confirmation with appointment details; waiting for a response or receiving an email alone does not replace that result. If the response is uncertain, recover the existing operation instead of creating duplicate requests. A customer account is optional.

Prices and payments

The services and prices shown in the summary apply. Any change must be agreed with the salon before the service is performed. The free Beta does not require online payment or card details; payment for the salon’s service is arranged directly with the salon. Booking does not activate a customer subscription.

Changes and cancellations

Keep your personal appointment link: you can view and, where available, change or cancel the booking. Changes depend on available times and the system’s confirmed result. If the link does not work or an operation is unavailable, contact the salon. Report cancellations or delays as soon as possible. These terms do not impose automatic no-show or cancellation fees; any additional salon conditions must be disclosed and validly accepted before booking.

Proper use and availability

Do not misuse another person’s details, share personal links, send abusive requests or enter health data in free-text fields. Maintenance may be necessary; contact the salon if the outcome is uncertain. Technical errors do not permit duplicate bookings or access to someone else’s data.

Mandatory consumer rights and contact

Mandatory consumer rights and statutory liability remain unaffected. Contact the salon above about its services or a booking; platform issues can be raised through TapTurn. Applicable law and jurisdiction follow the relevant rules, including consumer protections. Data is processed as explained in the privacy notice.
