Browser storage and offline use
The booking wizard keeps service, time and technical operation identifiers in this tab for up to four hours, renewed during use, to recover uncertain replies without duplicates; customer contact details and notes are excluded. A draft review may keep its rating and text in this tab until successful submission or tab closure. Dismissed hints and the last notification seen can remain in local storage until site data is cleared. The offline cache contains only a courtesy page, not your calendar, API responses or customer data.
Management operations may keep their technical identifier and current draft in the same tab until resolved or the tab is closed. Registration and platform-console cookies and storage are described in the platform cookie policy.
Google Maps
An embedded Google Maps map is optional. It is not loaded before you accept external content or press Show map. Google then receives technical data such as your IP address and may use its own cookies under its privacy policy.
Refusing does not prevent booking. You can reopen Cookie preferences in the footer and withdraw the choice; the embedded map will be removed. Previously set third-party cookies can be cleared through your browser. Following an external Maps link opens Google voluntarily and does not change your embedded-content preference. No payment tools are loaded in the free Beta.
Managing site data
Your browser lets you inspect and delete cookies and site storage. Blocking all necessary cookies can prevent login or interrupt a booking. Clearing them does not cancel an appointment or erase data held by the salon: contact the salon for those requests.
